USARMY issue two piece NBC Smock and trousers (sold as a set) This was the MOPP suit (Mission Oriented Protective Posture) gear. That was used along with/before the M81 Woodland MOPP suits in the 90s/early 2000s. 

NBC (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) gear, designed to shield against toxic chemical and biological agents.

These are charcoal lined Two piece suits used in the gulf war, Iraq war, and Operation Desert Shield.
