MIL-TEC Vinyl Ponchos

New production vinyl poncho.  Has that wonderful chemical vinyl smell, and metal button snaps.  Not the worst poncho by far.  Wouldn't do well in torrential downpour but in light to medium drizzles, you won't lose any rizzle.
